Good service from a bank will be an added value to improve the company's image and is directly proportional customer loyalty. Customer loyalty can prevent customers switching using services other companies. This study aims examine role of mediating variable, loyalty, which relates effect company trust on intention switch. The object this research Bank Muamalat Indonesia. After reviewing literature formulating hypotheses, data collected through questionnaire method were 213 respondents Indonesia customers. sampling applied convenience technique. obtained then analyzed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), while hypothesis test used Smart-PLS 3.0 application. indicates that fully mediate influence intention. Creating means building as investment in long term. Managers need build corporate compete Indonesia's financial industry.
